Service after the sale was horrible. I will never buy anything from Wright's Furniture ever again. They never called us before they came out to deliver any of our furniture and never put booties over their shoes when coming into our house. They tracked dirt and snow all over our brand new carpet and hard wood floors. They did not screw in our bed frame and we had to do this ourselves. We had problems with a leaf on our dining room table and you could clearly see that it was defective, but they tried to repair it instead of replace it. After weeks of sending multiple repair men out to our house to look at it, they finally decided to replace it but never called us to let us know this information and we are still waiting out the leaf to come.
